SAILING BACK TO YOU
Can I sail into your thoughts again,
be near you one more time,
whisper that "I love you,"
pretend that you're still mine.
Can I sail into your world of dreams,
awake your gentle soul,
be everything you want and need,
a vision to behold.
Can I sail into your arms tonight,
will you greet me with a kiss,
hold me ever close to you,
sweet love and tenderness.
Can I sail into your heart's desire,
and be your loving mate,
touch your life as you've touched mine,
be your destiny, your fate.
Can I sail into your safe harbor,
under sunny skies of blue,
Be with you, for always,
forever loving you.
