Ocean Breezes

I heard from you today,
and my heart began to smile,
I know that you still think of me,
at least once in a while.

Still feel your kiss in raindrops,
See your eyes in starlit skies,
Feel your touch like velvet petals,
your warmth in each sunrise.

For every wave that crashes,
Upon the cool wet sand,
I picture us together,
on the beach, holding hands.

I miss you more than always,
the nights are hard to bear,
You're in the ocean breezes,
and in the sunlights glare.

I see you in the moonlight,
that glistens on the sea,
the magic of your presence,
with your arms surrounding me.

I think about you every morning,
each hour of every day,
yes, I will always love you,
More than words can ever say.
